BizSage is operated by Thump Digital Media, Inc., a Delaware C-Corporation, EIN 30-1209719, incorporated 2 October 2019, represented by Chris Irwin.
Registered Agent: Legalinc Corporate Services Inc., 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA.

By using BizSage, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

BizSage is a platform that allows businesses to create, train, and deploy AI agents using their own company data. BizSage provides content ingestion, data storage, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and LLM-powered chat responses.

Hosting, data storage, compute, and inference use:

Convex Cloud (data, storage, auth, RAG, agents)
Vercel (hosting, edge functions, CDN)
Groq Cloud (LLM inference)
Railway (crawling + document conversion microservices)
Polar (billing)

2. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be 18+ and authorized to bind your organization. Keep credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Customer Content

You retain full ownership of all content you upload, including documents, URLs, files, structured data, and chat content (“Customer Content”).

You grant BizSage a non-exclusive license to process this content solely to provide the Service.

We do not train external LLMs on customer data.

4. AI Output

AI responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. You agree to verify responses before relying on them for legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical matters.

BizSage disclaims liability for decisions you make based on AI output.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use BizSage to:

break the law
store or distribute harmful or malicious content
infringe intellectual property
harass or discriminate
scrape sites you don't own
upload regulated data (PHI, PCI, etc.) unless we sign an addendum
bypass rate limits or security controls

Violation may result in suspension or termination.

6. Billing, Payments & Taxes

Subscriptions are billed by Polar. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Taxes may apply. Refund rules are described in the Refund Policy.

7. Confidentiality

Each party must protect the other party's confidential information with reasonable care.

8. Data Protection & DPA

If Customer Content contains personal data, our Data Processing Addendum applies and forms part of these Terms.

9. Security

We maintain commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. We rely on Convex, Vercel, Groq, Railway, and Polar, which maintain SOC2-based or equivalent security programs.

10. Termination

You may cancel anytime. We may suspend service for misuse, acceptable use policy violations, or non-payment.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as-is.” Our maximum liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
