Billing is handled via Polar on behalf of Thump Digital Media, Inc.
1. Subscription Billing
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
2. Refunds
We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused time. Business plan service-level agreement (SLA) credits may apply as specified in your plan.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal.
4. Trials
Trial subscriptions convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the renewal or trial end date.
