How does BizSage pricing work for agencies?
BizSage pricing is structured at the agency level. You subscribe once and then deploy AI agents across all your client websites under that single subscription. Your plan determines how many clients you can create, how many agents you can run, and the overall usage capacity available to your agency. You are not purchasing separate subscriptions for each client.
Do I pay per client or per agent?
You pay per client, you can deploy as many agents as needed per client.
Can I resell BizSage to my clients at any price?
Yes. You control your pricing strategy. You can bundle agents into retainers, charge per client, per location, or per agent, or include them as part of a broader service package. BizSage does not restrict how you position or price the service to your clients. What happens if I reach my client or agent limit?
If you reach your plan limit, you will not be able to create additional clients or agents until you upgrade. All existing agents will continue running without interruption. You can upgrade at any time from your billing area, and the additional capacity is applied immediately.
Are messages shared across all my client websites?
Yes, usage is pooled at the agency level. This means message capacity is shared across all your client websites. You manage how that capacity is distributed, which makes it easier to control margins and scale without managing multiple billing accounts.
What are knowledge page limits and why do they matter?
Knowledge page limits define how much content your agents can be trained on. This includes crawled website pages, uploaded documents, and added text snippets. These limits help maintain predictable performance and cost control. If you reach your knowledge capacity, you can remove unused content, add topup’s or upgrade your plan
Is BizSage really white-label on all plans?
Yes. BizSage is white-label by default. There is no required BizSage branding, and you control how the agent appears across your client websites. You can style the widget and present the solution under your agency brand. Your clients see your brand, not ours.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
You can manage your subscription from your agency billing area. Upgrades take effect immediately. If you downgrade, you may need to reduce your active clients or agents to fit within the lower plan limits before the change is applied. There are no unnecessary contracts tied to scaling up or down.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel, your published agents will stop responding and embedded chat widgets will no longer function. Lead Hub access will also be disabled. You remain in control of your client websites, but active AI services are paused once billing ends.
Can I add team members under my plan?
Yes. BizSage supports agency-level team management. You can invite unlimited team members, assign roles, and grant access to specific client workspaces.
